FULFILLMENT POLICY

When you order from Taylor A Designs, all orders are fulfilled physically. Upon completion of checkout you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info. Shipping times are based on product.

At Taylor A Designs we use secure payment processing through Stripe.

Taylor A Designs has a no refund policy due to the nature of hand made / custom products. However, it is our goal to make each and every customer happy with their purchase, so please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order.
